The production of natural cider is based on the same principles as wine: good cider is like good wine – matures slowly and a long time. After a long wait, semi-dry cider reveals its authentic character and the subtlest flavours.
This drink is titled as the king of the apples because it is made from natural apple juice, without additional sugar, chemical additives, artificial flavourings and colours. It is naturally sweet because it is made from ripe, hand-selected apples. The drink ripens the authentic flavour for 6 months in low temperature. This is a long and slow process that turns apple juice into semi-dry cider and allows it to reveal its subtlest flavours.
